    Answer:
Upon Westminster Bridge is a beautiful poem written by well known nature poet William Wordsworth. In this poem the poet have given a picturesque description of London from the bridge. The poem is basically to draw the attention of people to admire the peace and calmness all around the city at dawn before the busy city wakes up for its routine activities.
The poet begins the poem by saying that there is no place on Earth which is as beautiful as the sight which can be viewed from the bridge and anyone with an appreciative mind would not be able to ignore the beauty around. The city skyline is clearly visible and is glittering in bright sunlight as there is no pollution in the early morning. The poet compares the beauty to a lady who had changed her attire. There is a remarkable balance between nature and man made structures like ship, domes, theatres, temples and co-existence has made London landscape to be at its best. The poet is aghast as he has never witnessed such beauty of the fields, sun, valley, rock, hill. The river Thames is flowing on its own sweet will and there is none to disturb it. The poet thanks God for such marvellous creation. The sleeping city appears majestic as he is not used to see London this way.
The poem is a Petrarchan Sonnet having fourteen lines divided into two parts Octave and Sestet. The first eight lines followed by the last six lines. The traditional rhyme scheme of a petrarchan sonnet has been followed 'abbaabba', cdcdcd. The figure of speech used to enhance the effect of the poem are Simile, Metaphor, Personification, Inversion, Hyperbole, Paradox, Transferred Epithet, Apostrophe. There are various lines in the poem which gives a pictorial effect to the poem.
The poem is a momentary expression of poet's description of the finer details of what he sees, feels, thinks at a particular time of the day. The city appears more beautiful in the early morning. If the sky would have been over cast with clouds, the beauty would not have worked wonders for the poet. The weather and poet's love for nature has benefited the readers to witness the beauty as though it's being watched by their own eyes.

Poetic Creativity: On Nature.
With rhyme:
The greenery around
So beautiful does it surround
The flight of birds up in the sky
Makes my thoughts wander and fly

Blank verse ( without rhyme)
The moon shines bright in the sky
The twinkling stars glitter at night.
Never was such a beautiful sight seen
Oh God! What a marvelous creation.
